When are your hours?
We are open for in store sales from 11am to 7pm from Monday to Saturday, 11am to 6pm on Sundays. If we have any changes in hours or closed days, we'll have them listed on our front page.
When will the store host events again?
We have begun hosting events again. You can find our upcoming events at the events tab above.
How do I get to your store?
We are located at 333 Divisadero St in San Francisco, between Oak and Page Streets.
The 5, 6, 7, 21, and 24 MUNI stops are nearby to our shop. From BART, from the Powell Street station, the 6 or 7 MUNI bus will take you to Haight & Divisadero which is two blocks away from Gamescape.
Is there parking?
There is ample street parking along Oak and Page street. There is also a free parking garage at 1355 Fulton Street available from Mondays to Friday, 9am to 9pm.
Can I make an order over the phone?
Unfortunately no, but you are able make orders on our web store here for pickup, delivery, or shipping.
My card is being declined when I make a purchase?
We have security measures set on our payment processing to prevent orders with different shipping and billing zip codes from being fulfilled. We apologize for the inconvenience.
How do I hide sold out items?
When browsing our shop, in the side menu under Item Options, select In Stock.
Can I order something not listed on your web store?
Yes, please use our contact form and we'll get back to you.
Can I pick up my items or have them delivered?
Yes, we have pick up and delivery options available from 11am to 7pm Monday to Saturday and 11am to 6pm on Sundays.
Is there free shipping?
Yes, we offer free shipping for orders over $125.
When will my order be fulfilled for shipping?
Your order will be fulfilled when the full order is ready to be shipped, generally on the same day for orders without preorder items. Please keep that in mind when placing orders for preorder items with currently available items.
How do I pick up my order?
After you place your order, you'll receive a "Order Ready" email from us (usually within 15 minutes) to notify you that your order is ready for pick up. Readied orders can be picked up at our front entrance or we can bring the out to your car, just call 415-621-4263.
How long will you hold my pick up order?
We will hold pick up orders for 21 days. We will attempt to contact you during the hold period if we do not hear from you, but any orders left here after 21 days will be cancelled and refunded.
When will my order be delivered?
Orders are delivered through doordash and should be delivered within one hour of when your order was placed during business hours.
Does Gamescape have a rewards program?
Yes, we do. If you spend $250 over any period of time and show us that you have, whether by showing us Gamescape receipts or bank/credit card statements, you then become a frequent customer and are added into our system. Being a frequent customer grants you 10% off to any items not already marked down.
How long does my discount last?
Your 10% discount will last a year from the date your name was entered into the system. During this time we can keep track of your purchases and if you are able to spend another $250 your discount will continue on from that date.
Can I use my discount on the online store?
Yes, you can. Email us and we'll provide you with a coupon that can be used at checkout.
What is Gamescape's return policy?
Store credit or exchange within one calendar year of purchase. A receipt or the card used to purchase it are required. The inner contents should remain in new condition upon return.
Where is the store located?
Gamescape is located at 333 Divisadero St. directly in between Page and Oak, in San Francisco, California.
Can I buy a gift card online?
Yes, you can. We sell e-gift cards through Square.
Can I use my e-gift card?
Yes, you'll be able to enter your e-gift card number at checkout on this web store or in store.
I lost something in your store, do you have a lost & found?
We put lost items in our lost & found once found in our store and hold them there for up to a month. After the month, we will donate or dispose of the item from our lost & found.
If you think you have lost something in our store, please contact us at info@gamescapesf.com with a description of your lost item. We will do our best to help get your item back to you, but we are not responsible for lost items in our store.
Does Gamescape sell or buy single Magic: The Gathering cards?
We do not, we only sell sealed Magic products only. (Boosters, Boxes, Decks, etc..)
