Transport yourself into the lives of a tarnished Victorian family with Obsession. You must rebuild your reputation by hiring staff to help run events, add on new rooms and wings to your mansion, and even romance the most eligible bachelor in all of Derbyshire.

Obsession is a tableau-building, worker placement style game. Once you create new additions to your mansion, that then determines what kind of events you’re able to run for guests (such as dancing, fencing, dinner, etc.), and you’ll need to carefully delegate tasks to your on-site staff to help these events run smoothly.

The game is played anywhere between 16 and 20 rounds, and it can be played solo or up to four players total. The winner is determined by the highest number of victory points by the end of the final round.
